I had a rough experience buying my first home but things were a little brighter while Kim was there. Would recommend 100%.

Others I spoke with tried a different tactic. We both had an understanding of what the house was worth. She also was sensitive to the personal circumstances I was dealing with, related to the lss of my wife and then having to move my mother out of the houseto assisted living in another state. Kim wasn't just an excellent realtor, she became a good friend while we dealt with tactics by several potential buyers. Then, after a long "under contract" period, the buyer defaulted several days before closing. Kim did not skip a beat as another earlier interested party came back to us and eventually bought the house. Throughout this rollercoaster ride, Kim offered plenty of moral support, as well as ideas for dispensing of the contents of the home through a new charity she found. All in all, Kim helped make a grueling 10-month experience livable and even fun at times. I would give her 10 starts not five. Without reservation, I would recommend Kim to anyone needing a realtor who will focus on the seller's needs rather than her own.
